Shipping & Returns

For any reason, if you want to return or change the products, you may mail them back to us for the replacement, or get a full refund within 90 days from the date you receive the product. We will credit back your credit card charge if the products are returned in less than 30 days, or write you a check if the products are returned in over 30 days. Just follow the instructions:

Call us at: 1300 85 61 62 to obtain a Return Permit ("RP") before sending anything back.
The client will pay return shipping charges.
It is our requirement that all returned inkjet and toner cartridges must be at least seventy (70%) percent filled. If a returned cartridge is less than 70% filled, no replacement or refund will be granted. The cartridges will be shipped back to you at your own cost if you want them back.
All non-defective products must be returned in the packaging in an as-new condition.
Please allow up to 7 business days process period from the time we receive the returned products.
